These Terms of Use set out the conditions under which you may access and use the Manifestinguides mobile application and platform (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Should you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are required to cease all use of the Platform immediately.
The Platform is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By continuing to use the Platform, you affirm that you meet this age requirement.
All intellectual property associated with the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements, is owned by Manifestinguides (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. These rights are fully reserved except as expressly granted below.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may view and print content from the Platform for your own reference, provided that you comply with the following restrictions.

Any content expressly designated for redistribution may only be shared within your own organisation and in accordance with any conditions specified by Manifestinguides.
You agree to use the Platform responsibly and lawfully. You shall not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform's functionality, or that interferes with any other party's ability to use the Platform.
You shall not upload, transmit, or distribute any material containing viruses, malware, spyware, trojans, keyloggers, or any other form of harmful or malicious software through the Platform.
Automated data collection, extraction, or harvesting activities are strictly prohibited unless Manifestinguides has granted prior written authorisation. This prohibition extends to:
The Platform may not be used to distribute unsolicited promotional material, spam, or marketing communications of any kind without the express written approval of Manifestinguides.
Certain features of the Platform may require user registration and authentication. Manifestinguides reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or revoke access to any part of the Platform at any time, without prior notification, and at its sole discretion.
Where you have been provided with login credentials (including a username and password), you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of those credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.
Manifestinguides may deactivate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice and without providing reasons, if it determines that such action is warranted.
For the purposes of these Terms, "User Content" refers to any material — including text, images, audio, video, or multimedia — that you submit, upload, or transmit through the Platform.
By submitting User Content, you grant Manifestinguides a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media format, whether now known or hereafter developed. You further grant Manifestinguides the right to sub-licence these rights and to take legal action against any party that infringes them.
You warrant that all User Content you submit is lawful, does not infringe any third party's rights (including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights), and is not the subject of any pending or threatened legal proceedings.
Manifestinguides retains the right to review, edit, or remove any User Content at its sole discretion, without being obligated to monitor all submissions proactively.
The Platform is made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied representations or warranties of any kind. Manifestinguides makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of the information or materials provided through the Platform.
In particular, Manifestinguides does not warrant that:
The Platform does not provide professional advice of any kind. If you require legal, financial, medical, or other specialist guidance, you should consult a suitably qualified professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Manifestinguides shall not be liable to you in contract, delict (tort), or otherwise, in connection with the Platform or its contents, for:
These limitations apply regardless of whether Manifestinguides has been advised of, or should have been aware of, the possibility of such loss or damage.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any warranty, condition, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable South African law. In particular, nothing herein limits the liability of Manifestinguides (Pty) Ltd with respect to:
By continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that the exclusions and limitations set out in these Terms are reasonable in the circumstances. If you consider any provision to be unreasonable, you must discontinue your use of the Platform.
You acknowledge that Manifestinguides (Pty) Ltd is a limited liability entity and that its directors, officers, and employees have a legitimate interest in limiting their personal exposure to liability. You agree not to bring any personal claim against any director, officer, or employee of Manifestinguides in relation to any loss you may suffer in connection with the Platform.
The protections, limitations, and exclusions set out in these Terms extend to the directors, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, successors, assignees, and sub-contractors of Manifestinguides.
Should any provision of these Terms be found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Where a provision would become valid by deleting part of it, that part shall be deemed deleted, and the remainder of the provision shall be enforceable.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manifestinguides, its directors, officers, employees, and agents against all claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and any amounts paid in settlement) arising from or related to any breach by you of these Terms, or any claim that your use of the Platform has violated any applicable law or infringed the rights of a third party.
In addition to any other rights and remedies available to Manifestinguides, if you breach these Terms in any manner, Manifestinguides may take any action it considers appropriate, including but not limited to: suspending or terminating your access to the Platform, blocking your IP address or device from accessing the Platform, notifying your internet service provider, and/or initiating legal proceedings against you.
Manifestinguides reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will take effect from the date they are published on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
Manifestinguides may transfer, delegate, or sub-contract any of its rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party, without requiring your prior consent or notification.
You may not transfer, assign, or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Manifestinguides.
These Terms, together with the Manifestinguides Privacy Policy, represent the complete agreement between you and Manifestinguides regarding your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior understandings, agreements, or representations, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gauteng, South Africa.
The following terms ("User Agreement") apply to all individuals ("Users") who access or engage with the Manifestinguides advisor platform (the "Advisor Platform"), including any associated telephone or premium-rate numbers displayed within the Platform.
Manifestinguides (Pty) Ltd (the "Operator") reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, at its sole discretion, without advance notice to Users. Accordingly, you are encouraged to review this section periodically.
These terms govern the relationship between the Operator, Users, and the advisors who provide services through the Platform ("Advisors"). Where these terms refer to one gender, they apply equally to all genders, and references to singular include the plural and vice versa.
Manifestinguides operates an online advisor platform that connects Users with independent Advisors. Through the Advisor Platform, Users may locate Advisors, submit enquiries, seek guidance, and obtain services directly from their chosen Advisor. Communication may take place via in-app messaging, telephone calls, or other channels supported by the Platform, and Users pay for the services they receive from Advisors through the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for or use the Advisor Platform. If Manifestinguides has reason to believe that a User is under 18, it reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate that User's account and delete all associated information.
Advisors who offer services through the Platform are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Manifestinguides. Manifestinguides assumes no responsibility for any Advisor's conduct, qualifications, credentials, or the accuracy of their biographical information.
It is your sole responsibility to verify the identity, qualifications, and credentials of any Advisor before engaging their services. Manifestinguides does not guarantee, endorse, or certify any Advisor's expertise, and does not monitor the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any advice provided.
ALL GUIDANCE, OPINIONS, PREDICTIONS, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY ADVISORS THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE OFFERED SOLELY FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES.
Where an Advisor holds professional qualifications (including but not limited to legal, medical, or financial credentials), any guidance they offer through the Platform is for general information only and does not replace a formal in-person consultation. You should not make legal, medical, financial, or other significant decisions based solely on advice received through the Platform. Manifestinguides strongly recommends that you consult a qualified professional in person for any matter requiring specialist attention.
EMERGENCY NOTICE: IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CONTEMPLATING SELF-HARM, OR BELIEVE YOU MAY POSE A DANGER TO YOURSELF OR OTHERS, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY SERVICES IMMEDIATELY.
Manifestinguides serves solely as an intermediary platform connecting Users with Advisors. The Operator is not a party to any agreement, arrangement, or relationship formed between a User and an Advisor. The Operator bears no responsibility for the nature, quality, outcome, or consequences of any advice, information, or services provided by any Advisor.
The Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage — whether financial or otherwise — arising from your use of the Platform or your reliance on information or services obtained through it. You agree that you shall have no claim or demand against the Operator or any associated telephone service provider in this regard.
While Manifestinguides endeavours to maintain the Platform's availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free operation. The Platform relies on third-party communication infrastructure and service providers, and technical disruptions may occur. No compensation shall be payable to Users in respect of any service interruptions.
The Operator may, at its sole discretion, suspend, modify, or discontinue the Platform or any part of it at any time, without providing prior notice or reasons. Such action shall not give rise to any claim by Users.
Manifestinguides will use reasonable measures to maintain the privacy of communications conducted through the Platform. However, no method of electronic communication is entirely secure, and Manifestinguides cannot guarantee that third parties will not intercept or access your communications. The Operator shall not be held liable for any unauthorised disclosure of information transmitted through the Platform.
Manifestinguides reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or terminate any User's access to the Platform at any time, at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide any reason.
The cost of advisory services shall be as displayed on the Platform or as communicated at the commencement of a call. Charges may be applied through your mobile service provider, telephone account, or via credit/debit card payment.
Talk bundles, where available, will be processed promptly upon receipt of payment, subject to availability and in accordance with these Terms.
Manifestinguides may offer introductory or trial calls at standard landline rates or at a reduced cost, as indicated on the Platform. The Operator reserves the right to modify, introduce, or waive fees for any User, at any time, without cause or prior notice.
All interactions between Users and Advisors — whether conducted online or offline — must be facilitated and billed through the Advisor Platform and/or the telephone numbers displayed on the Platform.
By using the Platform, you agree to honour the pricing arrangements agreed upon with an Advisor and to pay Manifestinguides all applicable fees for services rendered.
Charges commence from the moment the telephone system connects. You acknowledge that you may be charged even if you do not receive a consultation from your selected Advisor — including situations where the Advisor is unavailable, where a transfer to another Advisor occurs, where no Advisors are available, or where a communication failure beyond the Operator's control prevents the session.
Fees for talk bundles are payable in full regardless of whether the purchased minutes are fully utilised.
By using the Platform's telephone services, you confirm that the phone line or payment card used is owned by you or that you have the express permission of the owner to use it for this purpose.
Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the Operator and only in exceptional circumstances.
Payments may be made using Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, or American Express cards, or via direct bank transfer to the MG (Pty) Ltd bank account. Banking details will be provided upon request.
All card-based transactions are processed on behalf of MG (Pty) Ltd through Paystack, a reputable and secure online payment gateway. Paystack employs industry-standard encryption and security protocols to safeguard all transactions. No card details are stored on the Platform. For further information regarding Paystack's security measures, please visit www.paystack.com.
Manifestinguides stores customer profile information separately from payment card details. Card information is entered directly on Paystack's secure payment interface and is never held on the Platform. More information about Paystack is available at www.paystack.com.
The merchant country of origin for payment processing purposes is South Africa. All transactions are denominated in South African Rand (ZAR).
Manifestinguides (Pty) Ltd accepts responsibility for all transaction-related matters, including the provision of goods and services through the Platform, customer support and enquiries, dispute resolution, and the fulfilment of any delivery obligations.
The Operator may from time to time send promotional or informational communications (via call, SMS, email, or push notification) to Users who have actively engaged with the Platform or contacted any of the Operator's service channels. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us.
By accessing or using the Manifestinguides Platform, you represent, warrant, and agree that:
Manifestinguides may, at its discretion, review and correct typographical or grammatical errors in User profiles.
Manifestinguides may, at its sole discretion, decline to publish, remove, or modify any content submitted by Users.
Manifestinguides may disclose information about you (including personal details, communication records, and interaction data) where it reasonably believes such disclosure is:
You grant Manifestinguides a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, copy, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and create derivative works from any content you submit or transmit via the Advisor Platform, in any media format.
If you access the Advisor Platform through a third-party application or website, your usage may also be subject to that third party's terms and policies. Manifestinguides is not responsible for the terms, practices, or conduct of any third party.
All intellectual property associated with the Platform — including branding, design elements, trademarks, software, and content — is the exclusive property of Manifestinguides (Pty) Ltd. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise exploited without the Operator's prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal proceedings.
You agree not to contravene any applicable local, provincial, or national laws during your use of the Platform, including laws relating to intellectual property, data privacy, defamation, consumer protection (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008), and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
You agree to indemnify the Operator and its directors, officers, employees, and representatives against any damages, legal costs, or expenses that arise from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
All matters arising from or relating to these User Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Gauteng, South Africa.
The following terms ("Advisor Agreement") apply to all individuals and entities ("Advisors") who register on or provide services through the Manifestinguides platform (the "Platform"), operated by Manifestinguides (Pty) Ltd (the "Operator").
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE OPERATOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, OR ACCURACY. THE OPERATOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONTENT, QUALITY, OR ACCURACY OF INFORMATION POSTED OR TRANSMITTED BY USERS OR OTHER ADVISORS.
Manifestinguides provides a technology platform that enables Advisors to present their expertise, connect with Users, and offer advisory services in exchange for payment. The Platform facilitates communication between Users and Advisors and processes payments on behalf of Advisors.
If you choose to offer your services through the Platform, you are expected to exercise the same professional standard of care that a reasonably competent advisor would exercise in a comparable engagement, regardless of whether the interaction occurs online, by telephone, or in person.
You shall have no claim, demand, or cause of action against the Operator, its affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, contractors, or agents in connection with the services you provide through the Platform. The Operator is not considered a provider or recipient of any services facilitated through the Platform. Any sale or purchase of advisory services is conducted at your own risk.
Under no circumstances shall the Operator, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, contractors, or agents be liable to any Advisor for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, profits, data, or any other economic advantage.
You acknowledge that the Operator disclaims all liability in respect of any claim, suit, or action brought by a User in connection with the services, qualifications, or advice you provide through the Platform.
Manifestinguides does not verify the accuracy or completeness of any content submitted by Users and assumes no responsibility for confirming the identity of any User. You are encouraged to independently assess the credibility and bona fides of any User before providing services.
Advisors engage with Manifestinguides strictly as independent contractors. Nothing in this Advisor Agreement shall be construed as creating an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or any other formal relationship between an Advisor and Manifestinguides. Neither party may make representations, commitments, or warranties on behalf of the other, except where expressly authorised in writing.
As independent contractors, Advisors are not entitled to any employee benefits offered by Manifestinguides, including leave, medical insurance, pension or retirement contributions, profit-sharing arrangements, or any other employment-related benefits. Manifestinguides is not responsible for withholding or paying any income tax, payroll tax, social contributions, or insurance premiums on behalf of Advisors.
Each Advisor bears sole responsibility for declaring and paying all applicable taxes, duties, and contributions relating to income earned through the Platform, and agrees to indemnify Manifestinguides in respect of any such obligations, including penalties and interest.
You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, personal contact numbers, and any other security-related information associated with your Manifestinguides account.
All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.
Privacy Policy: By registering as an Advisor on Manifestinguides, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Manifestinguides Privacy Policy.
Manifestinguides may disclose information relating to an Advisor — including personal information, session transcripts, survey responses, and recordings — where Manifestinguides reasonably believes that such disclosure is:
Manifestinguides may review and correct typographical or spelling errors in Advisor profiles but assumes no responsibility for evaluating or verifying the truthfulness or accuracy of any Advisor's profile content, credentials, qualifications, or communications. Manifestinguides may, at its sole discretion, remove or decline to publish any content submitted by an Advisor.
Each Advisor assumes full responsibility for all risks associated with the content they upload, transmit, or make available through the Platform, including its accuracy, legality, and reliability. By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Manifestinguides an unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, copy, transmit, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works from such content in any media.
Manifestinguides may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Advisor Platform — temporarily or permanently — with or without prior notice, and without liability to you or any third party. Manifestinguides may terminate your participation in the Advisor Platform at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion.
You may terminate this Advisor Agreement at any time by submitting a written notice to Manifestinguides. Manifestinguides will make reasonable efforts to deactivate your account credentials within 30 days of receiving your notice.
All interactions between Advisors and Users, whether conducted online or offline, shall be billed through the Advisor Platform.
Manifestinguides will make reasonable efforts to collect payment from each User using the payment method they have selected, based on the rates displayed on the Platform.
Advisor compensation is calculated on a per-minute basis. You will earn R[X] for each minute of talk time with a User.
Manifestinguides may adjust its fee structures or compensation rates at any time without prior notice, though it will endeavour to provide advance communication where practicable.
Payments to Advisors will be processed within 30 days following the conclusion of each calendar month. Advisors are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, duties, or tariffs applicable to their earnings.
Manifestinguides may withhold payments received from Users via credit or debit card for a reasonable period in order to mitigate the risk of chargebacks or fraudulent transactions. If a User disputes or reverses a payment after Manifestinguides has already compensated you, you must promptly return the corresponding amount. Manifestinguides may deduct any such amounts from your Advisor account balance or future earnings.
If you are also registered as a User on the Platform, Manifestinguides reserves the right to offset your Advisor earnings against any outstanding balance owed by you as a User.
While Manifestinguides makes reasonable efforts to ensure accurate billing and compensation, errors may occasionally occur. You must report any payment discrepancies to Manifestinguides within 90 days. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
By registering as an Advisor on Manifestinguides, you agree to the following:
Manifestinguides is not obligated to screen or review the content of communications between Advisors and Users. However, the Operator may monitor, copy, record, and review communications conducted through the Platform for the purposes of technical support, quality assurance, and compliance with these Terms. All communications between Advisors and Users are not encrypted and may be subject to interception or monitoring by unauthorised third parties.
The Platform contains proprietary material, trade secrets, and intellectual property belonging to the Operator, including copyrights, trademarks, databases, patents, software, applications, graphics, and textual content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the Platform, provided that you do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform component, or act in breach of this Advisor Agreement.
This Agreement does not confer upon you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks (registered or unregistered), domain names, or other intellectual property associated with the Platform. You may not create derivative works based on the Platform's proprietary information, nor may you sub-licence, assign, transfer, sell, or commercially exploit your Advisor registration or account.
You may not adopt, use, or register any trademark, trade name, or domain name that is identical or confusingly similar to that of Manifestinguides. You agree not to take any action that could infringe or diminish the Operator's trademark or intellectual property rights.
Manifestinguides may deliver notices or communications regarding this Advisor Agreement, or changes to the Platform, by email (to the address on your account), by post, or by publication on the Platform. Such communications shall be deemed received on the date they are sent or published.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Manifestinguides.
This Advisor Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Gauteng, South Africa. This Agreement is binding upon and enures to the benefit of the legal representatives, successors, and permitted assigns of the parties. Together with the policies referenced herein, this Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Manifestinguides and the Advisor in relation to the subject matter herein. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any representations or promises by Manifestinguides other than those expressly set out in this Agreement.
No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless recorded in writing. If any provision of this Agreement is held by a competent court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Manifestinguides may amend this Advisor Agreement at any time by publishing the updated terms on the Platform. Unless otherwise indicated, amendments take effect upon publication. You are advised to review this Agreement regularly. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amendments, you may terminate this Agreement as described above.
